WELCOME TO THE BLACKWATER VALLEY U3A These pages tell you a little about the learning and social organisation for the Retired and Semi Retired living in the Blackwater Valley area of Northeast Hampshire including the districts of Yateley, Blackwater, Hawley and Frogmore.
